Bryan Gaige, Director
Bryan brings more than 15 years of experience in the ERCOT electricity market with deep expertise in retail energy strategy, contract structuring, and client advisory across a wide range of industries. At Energy Edge, Bryan applies this experience to support large commercial, industrial, and public-sector clients in navigating complex energy markets and developing tailored power procurement solutions. Prior to joining Energy Edge, Bryan spent a decade at TXU Energy, where he worked in the Large Business Markets division. During this time, he specialized in designing and negotiating customized power contracts for a diverse portfolio of clients, including municipalities, counties, independent school districts, pipeline operators, and manufacturers. He is known for his client-first approach, deep understanding of ERCOT market dynamics, and commitment to delivering long-term value through strategic energy management.
Hastia Darvish, Analyst
Hastia is part of the Operations and Analytics team at Energy Edge, where she supports various aspects of Energy Edge’s energy management services. Her work includes assisting with data collection and analysis, issuing pricing requests to retail energy suppliers, reviewing supplier offers, and helping with internal reports and market updates across major ISOs. Before joining Energy Edge, she graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Management where her studies focused on economics, finance, and business management.
Ethan George, Analyst
Ethan is also a member of the Operations and Analytics team at Energy Edge, where he supports a wide range of the company’s energy management services for commercial and industrial clients across North America. His responsibilities include data collection and analysis, managing pricing requests to retail energy suppliers, reviewing and comparing supplier bids, and supporting the development of financial hedge recommendations. Additionally, he helps to implement value-enhancing strategies for our clients. Prior to joining Energy Edge, Ethan worked as a Process Engineer at Samsung Semiconductor and earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Rice University with a specialization in Energy and Sustainability.
